Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:

We strive to provide both quality products and customer service with every order fulfillment. However accidents do happen. If you are unsatisfied with the product that you have received, we have a 30-day return policy with a full refund. Any hats that have obviously been worn, will not be accepted. As always, we encourage you to reach out to us via email with any displeasures or concerns so that we may correct any errors we have made.  Kork.it.jeff@gmail.com

Exchanges:

We will accept exchanges for a 30-day period from when the hat was received. We will exchange the hat for equal or lesser value as long as the hat is returned with no signs of wear and tear outside of manufacturing defects. If the hat has been worn, the hat will be shipped back to the customer. When shipping the product back, leave a note on the packing slip of the product you would like for the exchange.  As always, we encourage you to reach out to us via email with any displeasures or concerns so that we may correct any errors we have made.
